3. Intellectual property
All content, source code, design, trademarks, and materials made available through our services are the property of Avox Tech or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
Avox Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
